If it isn't too late, may I wish everyone reading this a happy new year, and I hope we all have a healthy, fulfilling and enjoyable year. We all deserve it, given the two years which preceded 2022.
This will be a succinct Favourites list post, which is a fancy way of saying it's going to be short. It's going to be short because my students and I have found ourselves in a very busy period of juggling classes and assessments. The students are, of course, taking the assessments. I wish them every success. I and my colleagues are, of course, doing the marking.
My photos this month are a few recent dishes, from salads to stir fries. I'll be looking forward to new cooking challenges and discoveries in 2022.
